On The Goga Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Referral Program participant (a “Referrer”), you are subject to On The Goga’s Terms of Use and On The Goga’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for On The Goga’s Referral Program:

  • Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a person (a "Referred Customer") who’s information is submitted by a current customer, user, or attendee of an On The Goga product or service through a referral form found on On The Goga’s website (www.onthegoga.com). A Referred Customer becomes a Qualified Referral when their company purchases a product or service from On The Goga with a value of, at minimum, $990.

  • Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person or belong to the same company unless the Referrer is referring a person that belongs to a separate division of the same company, where that division has not engaged with On The Goga’s products or services.

  • Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer’s company must sign up for an On The Goga product or service with a value at or over $990, becoming a Qualified Referral. After receiving payment from the Qualified Referral’s company, On The Goga will contact the Referrer and the Qualified Referral via email and send both persons a $150 gift card via email or by mail.

  • Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals over 18 years of age

  • No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, completing the referral form with incorrect information or information of a Referral Customer who the Referrer does not personally know will be considered SPAM and that Referrer will not be able to receive the Referral Reward. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from On The Goga’s Referral Programs.

  • Right to Close Accounts. On The Goga reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the On The Goga “Share the Love” Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. On The Goga reserves the right to cancel the “Share the Love” Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
