Workshop Scheduling

  • All workshop scheduling is done through our easy email concierge. Fill out this form, and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day. Looking to book more than 6 workshops, or demo the Hub? Schedule a call here.

  • You pick the date and time of your workshop. Workshop scheduling is subject to coach availability, but generally, workshops can be booked 9am-6pm EST M-F. If you’re hoping to schedule a workshop outside of this timeframe, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Nope! If you have a specific workshop in mind, that’s great, but our client success team is here to help you pick the perfect workshop(s) for your team.

  • Nope! If you have a specific date and time in mind, that’s great, but we recommend booking a bundle of workshops and scheduling them as you’re ready.

  • You’re in great company. Many of our customers have employees across the US - and the world! For coordination across US time zones, we typically recommend 1pm-3pm EST. In addition, we recommend adding a subscription to the Wellbeing Hub, giving your team access to on-demand recordings of workshops in case they can’t attend.

  • No. To ensure flexibility for all of our customers, we only hold specific dates/times for workshops that have been paid for.

  • No, we do not offer our wellbeing workshops as on-site sessions. All of our workshops are conducted virtually. However, many of our customers do conduct hybrid workshops, where they may live-stream a session to an in-person group at an office. If you are interested in a keynote session from our Founder and CEO Anna Greenwald, please reach out to growth@onthegoga.com and include “Keynote Speaking Request” in the subject.

  • Our workshop recordings (which are housed on a Workshop Homepage just for your team) are a special bonus that is only included with a purchase of 6+ workshop bundle. This feature offers added flexibility, ensuring that participants who might be unable to attend live sessions can still benefit from the valuable content at their convenience. It's a fantastic way to make the most out of the program and cater to everyone's schedule.

    This workshop homepage stays active for 30 days after your last scheduled workshop. This means that as long as you have a workshop scheduled in the future, we will keep all recordings accessible to your team via the workshop homepage.

Participant Engagement

  • While every On the Goga workshop is different, each one is interactive. Here are a few ways we promote engagement during each session:

    • Live Facilitator Engagement: Participants can use the chatbox to interact directly with their On the Goga wellbeing coach. Throughout the session, we scaffold multiple opportunities for participants to ask and answer questions, share ideas, and react to content.

    • Live Community Chat: Along with interacting with their coach, participants are encouraged to chat with each other to share ideas, spark conversation, and build connections.

    • Interactive Activities: Whether it’s following along with a desk yoga session, completing a worksheet, or journaling privately on a mindfulness prompt, each On the Goga workshop involves an activity for participants, designed to promote wellbeing and learning. This means that participants will walk away with tangible new skills, and a feeling of how to apply that skill to their everyday life.

Technical Requirements

  • All workshops are hosted by On the Goga. Our systems utilize our own internal Zoom accounts which are linked to some awesome behind-the-scenes automations, meaning we handle all the logistics for you.

  • Our workshops are designed to be held on our dedicated Zoom platform, where we've fine-tuned all the logistics for a seamless experience.

    However, we understand that you may prefer or need to host sessions on your own platform. That's why we offer a self-hosting option where we support Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. This options requires some additional behind the scenes magic from our team to ensure the logistics run smoothly on your platform, and can be purchased for an additional fee of $150 per workshop

    Your team will be responsible for managing communication and providing tech support for your chosen platform. Please note that recording workshops is prohibited, even with the self-hosting option.

  • Most customers don’t find they need a tech check for workshops, since we handle all the logistics for you. However, if you want to add a 30-min tech check with our operations team, we’re here for you! Tech checks are priced at $100.
